WHUCHEM supplies nutrition, health and chemical ingredients to manufacturers and distributors worldwide. Founded in Haikou in 1995 and headquartered in Shanghai since 2003, we combine production experience with practical knowledge of export markets.
Our R&D laboratory in Songjiang, Shanghai, works with the group's own factories on process improvement and grade development, with a focus on consistent quality, stability and fit for the customer's application.
Our service covers the full order cycle: grade selection and customization, technical support, raw-material sourcing, production follow-up, documentation, logistics and after-sales support.
Our portfolio includes animal proteins, plant proteins, disinfection chemicals, agricultural inputs, water-treatment chemicals and other specialty materials. Different products can be consolidated into one FCL or LCL shipment.

Is WHUCHEM a manufacturer or a trading company?
Both. We manufacture pea protein, collagen peptides, beef protein, gelatin, collagen casings and hydrolyzed keratin in company-owned factories, and supply specialty chemicals through qualified production partners and group companies.
Where is your head office?
Our head office is in Shanghai, with a founding office in Haikou, Hainan. We also have sales and production locations in Houston, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Mumbai and SĂŁo Paulo.
Can we visit your office or factories?
Yes. Customer visits can be arranged by appointment. Our team will coordinate the schedule, factory access and the technical and commercial meetings for your visit.
Which languages does your sales team work in?
Our team works in English, Chinese, Spanish and Russian. Technical documents are provided in English as standard.
Which documents come with an order?
Every shipment includes a COA. TDS and SDS are provided for the selected grade, and export documents are prepared for the destination market. Facility and product-specific certificates are sent with the quotation.
Can different products be shipped together?
Compatible products can be consolidated into one FCL or LCL shipment. Food-grade ingredients and industrial chemicals are kept in separate containers with separate documentation.
