This factory in Wannan Industrial Park, Shangrao produces bovine, fish and chicken collagen peptides on dedicated lines, as well as beef protein isolate and beef and chicken bone broth protein. Its enzymatic hydrolysis technology also produces amino acid biostimulants for fertilizer and crop nutrition formulations. OEM and private-label supply are available.

From raw material to export documentation

Production and quality controls are built around the specification agreed with the customer, not a generic catalog grade.

Raw material qualification

Incoming materials are checked against specifications before release to production, with supplier and batch traceability.

Controlled production

Dedicated lines and documented process controls keep grade, particle size and functional properties consistent.

Batch testing

Samples are tested against the agreed specification. A COA is issued for every batch before shipment.

Export documentation

TDS, SDS and destination-specific export documents are prepared before the container leaves the factory.
