WHUCHEM's spring outing took colleagues from the office to the fields of Chongming for a day of outdoor activity and a team frisbee tournament.
An urban escape
The trip was designed as a break from the pace of daily operations and a chance to spend time together outside the office. Teams travelled to Chongming to enjoy late spring and early summer weather.
Frisbee and teamwork
The frisbee tournament tested movement, communication and decision-making. Players had to defend space, intercept passes and coordinate attacks while keeping the disc moving.
The format rewarded teams that communicated clearly and adapted quickly, qualities that also matter in project work and customer support.
Back to work
The outing closed with a shared meal and time to relax. WHUCHEM continues to support team activities that strengthen relationships across departments.
