WHUCHEM exhibited at Vitafoods Europe 2025, held from May 20 to 22 in Barcelona, meeting nutraceutical manufacturers, formulators and distributors at Booth 4F206B.

Vitafoods Europe brings the health, nutrition and supplement supply chain together in one place. The 2025 edition focused on plant-based nutrition, functional ingredients and clean-label formulation.
The WHUCHEM team used the show to discuss ingredient identity, assay, physical form and documentation with formulators working on new products.
Plant-based and nutrition portfolio
The portfolio on display included Berberine HCl, phosphatidylserine and L-glutathione as separately specified nutrition ingredients. Technical discussions covered identity, assay, form and the documentation required for each formulation.
Pea protein and rice protein formed the plant-protein side of the booth. Visitors discussed protein content, particle size, taste, dispersion and the grade best suited to beverages, powders or functional foods.
